Aberdeen Angus Beef Aberdeen Angus Beef

All our beef is from Aberdeen Angus, they are traditionaly farmed on the wetlands and orchards of Temple Farm on the somerset Levels. they are reared for the first 9 months on milk from their Mums before being weaned and finished out doors on grass. There is usualy a short period in mid winter when they come inside for approx 8 -10 weeks during which time they are fed grass silage and rolled barley both of which is grown on the farm.

Free Range Lamb bred and reared on the farm: many of our lambs are now pure jacob or jacob X which gives a very lean carcase. We also kepp traditional x bred suffolk sheep - again these are crossed with native breeds - we have no continental bloodlines at all

Gloucester Old Spot Pork Gloucester Old Spot Pork

Free Range Pork from our own pigs reeared outdoors where they are allowed to root freely as nature intended. All our pigs are pure bred and carry excellent flavoured meat covered with enought lovely white fat to give you the best crackling you ever tasted.
